ATLANS era uma cidade antiga construída pelo povo KANTUR, que havia desenvolvido sistemas muito avançados dentro das KANTURU RELICS. O povo KANTUR prosperava com base em recursos naturais e, por isso, criou esta cidade para aproveitar seus abundantes recursos naturais. No entanto, durante o ano 1870 de LUGARD, KUNDUN ressuscitou e atacou diretamente a cidade de ATLANS. Naquela época, o povo KANTUR já sofria com guerras internas e rebeliões entre seu próprio povo. Sua falta de unidade e força de vontade para lutar contra o exército de KUNDUN acabaria levando à destruição de suas cidades de ATLANS e das KANTURU RELICS. Desde então, ATLANS tornou-se meramente uma selva marinha. Tomada pela vida selvagem marinha natural, as ruínas restantes da grande cidade antiga mal podem ser reconhecidas.
